The result of continuous creative research in the vegetable garden and the kitchen, the dishes of the starred Chef Antonello Colonna are a tribute to fine and fresh regional produce. Tradition, never betrayed, is the starting point for this revolution.


The guests of the Resort have an even broader choice of dining.  Roman tradition cooking is enhanced by a great attention to detail, the use of fresh seasonal produce, re-interpreted by a great starred Chef.

Wine cellar and list

A fine collection of wines, beers and spirits, selected from among the best producers and vintages. Each bottle can be tasted directly in the Resort or purchased by connoisseurs looking for rarities.
