Deep in the heart of the Castelli Romani, immersed in the natural park of Labico (pronounced La-BEE-co), lies the Antonello Colonna Resort & Spa. Twelve exclusive rooms with garden, vegetable garden, chef-patron Colonna’s gourmet restaurant, thermal pool, and wellness centre.
The Valle Fredda estate is a place of relaxation, a space for events, a temporary gallery, but it’s also a working farm, life in the open air and discovery of the territory. It sows and harvests products of the garden, while visitors can take advantage of nature walks, food and wine tastings, and visits to the farmers’ market of Zagarolo.

Art: a fascinating universe always very dear to the Chef, who could not help giving it a fixed abode at Valle Fredda. The architecture of the building, the chameleonic elasticity of the furnishings, the interchangeability of the spaces, make the Resort an exclusive venue for manifold cultural activities. The annual program covers art and architecture, but also photography, design, and fashion, as well as other events, such as encounters, conferences, workshops and seminars, shows, projections, and exhibitions.
