Chef Colonna celebrates 30 years of career, taking his hosts by the hand and through their stomach to experience together a gourmet taste itinerary made of six dishes representing the main steps of a creative, brave and revolutionary way of cooking which is open to innovation remaining linked to the roots. Dinners will take place at the starry restaurant of Palazzo delle Esposizioni in Rome.
