ANTONELLO COLONNA INAUGURATES THE FRASCHETTA PIZZERIA IN THE VALLE FREDDA RESORT

Wednesday night, July 19th, the chef- patron Antonello Colonna inaugurated, only for the resort guests, the ‘Fraschetta’ pizzeria where the tables are arranged under the secular chestnut trees in the Valle Fredda reserve, a natural monument.

From Naples, via Mougins, to Labico. In fact, all originated in France, in June 2017. There, Antonello Colonna as well as the master pizza maker Guglielmo Vuolo, were among the protagonists at Les Etoiles de Mougins. In the french riviera something clicked between the two lions, to such an extend that the Chef just choose Vuolo for the inauguration of his new pizza oven inside the resort&spa in Labico. Moreover that represents a great chance for the kitchen brigade to be taught how to make pizza Napolitan-style through the art and jestures of a master pizza maker.
