A chance to toast with you with the historical recipes of my thirty-years career, making a magic journey across passion and desire“. These are the words Antonello Colonna uses to explain the “trentapiùtrentasessanta” initiative which is a series of events that will take place at the starry restaurant of Palazzo delle Esposizioni in Rome, starting on the 29th and 30th of April during the evening.

Chef Colonna celebrates two important goals: his 60th birthday and the 30th birthday of his career, taking his hosts by the hand and through their stomach to experience together a gourmet taste itinerary made of six dishes representing the main steps of a creative, brave and revolutionary way of cooking which is open to innovation remaining linked to the roots.
